This is pretty accurate. There’s nothing actually *wrong* with the film, it just…sort of….meh….which is a pity.
Everything could have been solved with the addition of zombies, or aliens – that bit where the doctors peel open poor Paltrow’s head and go ‘hmm’ while looking really worried? I didn’t know a lot about this film, and was kind of hoping for anything at that point. But annoyingly, it isn’t the like the X-Files. It’s REAL LIFE. Or something. Ah well.
